老師同學大家好~上次看完老師撥的"最後的演講"影片後，
我到網路上去找到了完整的演講內容，
Randy Pausch教授的人生中追求夢想的過程在他的敘述下真的是一個很棒的故事，
我瘋狂的給他看了兩遍看到天亮XD
跟大家分享一下幾個我節錄出來認為是裡面最有涵義的、可以拿來當座右銘的幾句話：
When you're screwing up, and nobody is saying anything to you anymore, that means that they gave up. When you're doing something badly and nobody is bothering to tell you anymore, that's a very bad place to be. Your critics are the ones that tells you they still love you and care.假如你搞砸了，卻沒有任何人會再告訴你任何事情的話，那就意味著他們已經放棄你了。假如你做錯了事，大家卻都懶的在指責你，那將會是一個很糟糕的地位。你的批評者其實就是在告訴你他仍然愛你、關心你的人。
The brick walls are there for a reason: They are there to show how badly you want something. They are there to stop the people who doesn't want it badly enough.(老師放的那段中有提到，但不是唯一出現的一次)擋路的牆建立在那邊是有原因的：它在那邊可以證明你有多麼想要牆後面的東西。它也是在那邊阻擋那些不夠想要得到牆後東西的人。
Wait long enough, and people will surprise and impress you. When you're pissed off at somebody and you're angry at them, you just haven't given them enough time.只要等的夠久，你身旁的人就會使你驚訝、使你欽佩。如果你現在對某人很不爽，而且你很生他的氣，那只代表著你給他的時間還不夠，再等下去，他們通常是一定會讓你嚇一跳的。
Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.當你沒有得到你想要的東西時，你的到的就是經驗。
Most of what we learn, we learn indirectly.我們所學到的絕大部分都是間接學到的。這裡他主要是在講教育的一些方式，他舉了一些例子，如一位父親教他的孩子踢足球並不是因為他真的希望自己的孩子成為足球高手，而是要孩子學習團體精神、計謀策略等透過足球能間接學習到的東西。
If you want to do anything pioneering, you will get those arrows in your back, everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but at the end of the day, a whole lot of people had a whole lot of fun.你假如想要成為創新的領導者，你一定會遭到後面的人所射向你的箭，因為是第一個，所有有可能產生錯誤的地方都出錯了，不過一路走到最後，一大堆人獲得的是一大堆的樂趣。
When you've had something for so long that you hold so precious, it is the toughest thing to hand it over. So hand it over to someone better than you.當你擁有並珍惜一樣東西很久很久時，最艱難的任務就是放手將他交給別人。所以他給大家的建議是找一個比自己能力還要強的人、比自己更有資格擁有它的人去交棒。
Get a feedback loop and listen to it.做事情到每一個階段總是要找一個可以回饋你意見的人或是參考資料，找到後也一定要仔細的聆聽這些意見。
Be good at something, it makes you valuable.把一項能力建立好，因為這個能力將會使你有價值。
"Luck" is where preperation meets opportunity.「運氣」就是「充分準備」遇到「機會」的地方。
看了兩次...大約流了五六次眼淚，這個演講真的令我很感動，希望大家都能花兩個小時去看一看！
